Yolanda Saldívar, Convicted of Killing 'Queen of Tejano Music' Selena Quintanilla, Seeks Parole Eligible March 30, 2025

Yolanda Saldívar, convicted of the murder of Tejano singer Selena Quintanilla, known as the 'Queen of Tejano Music', in 1995, has filed for parole in Texas. Saldívar, now 64, is serving a life sentence at the Patrick L. O'Daniel Unit in Gatesville, Texas, and will be eligible for parole on March 30, 2025.
