World Liberty Financial (WLFI), a cryptocurrency project backed by Donald Trump, has made significant investments in digital assets as it moves closer to launching its decentralized finance (DeFi) platform. The firm has invested a total of $50 million in various cryptocurrencies, including $30 million in Ethereum (ETH), $10 million in Aave (AAVE), and $10 million in Chainlink (LINK). Recently, WLFI purchased 2,631 ETH at an average price of $3,801, 41,335 LINK at $24.2, and 3,357 AAVE at $297.8. Additionally, WLFI acquired 509,955 ENA for 500,013 USDC at an average price of $0.98. The project currently holds a total crypto portfolio valued at approximately $72.31 million, which includes 14,678 ETH, 102.9 cbBTC, 78,387 LINK, and 5,886 AAVE. WLFI's strategy appears to be focused on establishing liquidity for its upcoming platform, with AaveDAO's approval for a new Ethereum-based platform aimed at enhancing liquidity for ETH, WBTC, and stablecoins.
