The Portuguese manager, who has previously managed Porto, Corinthians, and Flamengo, replaces O'Neil as Wolves seek to improve their standing, currently 19th in the Premier League. Wolves paid around £1 million in compensation to Al Shabab in the Saudi Pro League to secure Pereira's release.
