Toyota Motor has expanded its share buyback program by 200 billion yen to up to 1.2 trillion yen ($8.31 billion) from the previous 1 trillion yen. The decision comes in response to a drop in its share price. The world's largest carmaker is experiencing strong demand in its main markets of Japan, Europe, and North America.
