The WNBA has achieved significant viewership milestones during its current season. Saturday's game between the Indiana Fever and New York Liberty averaged 1.71 million viewers, making it the most-watched WNBA game on ABC ever. The game peaked at 1.96 million viewers. Additionally, the doubleheader, which also featured the Los Angeles Sparks against the Las Vegas Aces, was the most viewed WNBA doubleheader ever on ABC, with the Sparks-Aces game drawing 1.34 million viewers. This marks ABC's most-viewed WNBA opening weekend doubleheader. The league has also seen a record in single-game ticket revenue and a nearly one-third increase in average attendance from last season.
