A major incident has been declared in Southport, UK, following a mass stabbing that left multiple casualties, including children. The incident occurred at a property on Hart Street around 11:50 AM local time. Armed police have detained a man and seized a knife. Emergency services, including 15 ambulances and an air ambulance, responded to the scene.
