A delivery driver, Sarahy Naybeth Parra-Ovalles, has been charged in a hit-and-run incident in Northeast Miami-Dade, Florida. The driver allegedly struck a mother and her 4-month-old infant son, causing the mother to suffer a brain bleed. After the collision, Parra-Ovalles reportedly put the infant back in the stroller before leaving the scene. The victims were hospitalized and are currently recovering.
