Venezuelan opposition leader Edmundo González Urrutia, who claims victory in the country's July presidential election with 7 million votes, has embarked on a tour across Latin America to garner international support. González plans to travel to the United States to meet with President Joe Biden and congressional leaders. He insists on returning to Venezuela on January 10 to assume the presidency, despite a $100,000 bounty issued by the Maduro government for his capture.
