Lawsuit Filed Against Organizers of June 23 Anti-Israel Protest at LA Synagogue
Jul 30, 2024, 02:52 AM
Seven Jewish individuals have filed a federal lawsuit against the organizers of an anti-Israel protest at Adas Torah Synagogue in Pico-Robertson, Los Angeles. The lawsuit, supported by the StandWithUs Center for Legal Justice, names CodePink, the Palestinian Youth Movement (PYM), and the WESPAC Foundation as defendants. The plaintiffs allege that the defendants violated federal law by violently blocking access to the synagogue and inciting violence during the protest on June 23. The lawsuit claims violations of the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances & Places of Religious Worship (FACE) Act during the June 23 LA riot.
