The crash is the worst aviation disaster on South Korean soil. Investigators are focusing on potential issues with the aircraft's landing gear and the runway barrier. The flight recorder has been sent to the United States for analysis. Police have also banned Jeju Air CEO Kim Eebae from leaving the country.
