The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) have successfully rescued Kaid Farhan al-Qadi, a 52-year-old Bedouin Israeli citizen from Rahat, who was held hostage by Hamas in Gaza since the October 7 attack. Al-Qadi was found in a tunnel in the southern Gaza Strip and returned to Israel, where he was greeted by his family at Soroka Medical Center in Beersheba.
