IDF Recovers Bodies of Five Israeli Hostages in Khan Yunis, Gaza

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) have successfully recovered the bodies of five Israeli hostages during a military rescue operation in Khan Yunis, Gaza. The hostages identified are Maya Goren, Oren Goldin, Ravid Katz, Tomer Achims, and Kirill Brodtsky. Maya Goren, a kindergarten teacher from Kibbutz Nir Oz, was kidnapped from the children's home in the kibbutz, and her husband Avner was murdered on October 7th. The bodies have been returned to Israel for burial. The process of identification for some of the bodies is still ongoing.
