Sixth Circuit Blocks Biden Administration's FCC Net Neutrality Reinstatement
Aug 2, 2024, 12:59 AM
A U.S. appeals court has blocked the Federal Communications Commission's (FCC) attempt to reinstate net neutrality regulations. The Sixth Circuit Court issued a stay on the Biden administration's efforts to reclassify broadband internet under Title II of the Communications Act, which would treat internet service providers as public utilities.
