Former Samburu Governor Moses Lenolkulal has been convicted by the Anti-Corruption Court for corruptly receiving over Sh83 million, in a case involving Ksh.84 million, from the county government. The court found that Lenolkulal used businessman Hesbon Ndathi as a proxy to engage in business with the county, which he led, constituting a conflict of interest.
