The Jacksonville Jaguars have fired head coach Doug Pederson after three seasons with the team, during which he accumulated a 22-29 record, including 18 losses in the last 23 games and a 4-13 record this season. Pederson, who previously led the Philadelphia Eagles to a Super Bowl victory, won one playoff game during his tenure in Jacksonville.
