Derrick Henry Becomes 27th Player with 100 Touchdowns, 32nd with 10,000 Rushing Yards in Ravens' Game
Oct 6, 2024, 05:58 PM
Derrick Henry achieved two significant career milestones during the Baltimore Ravens' game against the Cincinnati Bengals. Henry scored his 100th career touchdown, becoming only the 27th player in NFL history to reach this mark. Additionally, he surpassed 10,000 career rushing yards, making him the 32nd player to do so. Henry's touchdown came on the Ravens' opening drive, giving them an early 7-0 lead. He is now tied with Mike Evans for the most touchdowns among active players. Henry is also the fifth player in NFL history with at least 10,000 yards rushing and 100 touchdowns in their first 125 games, the first since Marshawn Lynch in 2017. The Ravens led 14-9 in the second quarter, but the Bengals responded with a safety by Sam Hubbard and a 41-yard touchdown pass from Joe Burrow to Ja'Marr Chase, putting the Bengals ahead.
