US billionaire Dan Friedkin has reached an agreement to take over Everton Football Club. The Friedkin Group will acquire Farhad Moshiri's 94.1% stake in the Premier League team, which has been struggling to find a buyer. The deal, which involves an equity investment of between £400 million to £500 million, is subject to regulatory approval and is expected to secure the financial stability and future of the club.
