US billionaire Dan Friedkin has reached an agreement to take over Everton Football Club. The Friedkin Group will acquire Farhad Moshiri's 94.1% stake in the Premier League team, which has been struggling to find a buyer. The deal, which involves an equity investment of between £400 million to £500 million, is subject to regulatory approval and is expected to secure the financial stability and future of the club. This agreement comes just two months after Friedkin initially pulled out of talks. The transaction will also focus on reducing the club's debt and providing stability for the team. Blue Heaven Holdings and John Textor were also involved in the takeover saga. The approval process is expected to take around 12 weeks.
