Russia and Ukraine Exchange 103 Prisoners Each, Including Kursk Captives, in UAE-Brokered Deal

Russia and Ukraine have conducted a prisoner swap, exchanging 103 prisoners of war each. The exchange, which took place at the Belorussian-Ukrainian border, was brokered by the United Arab Emirates. Among the Ukrainian prisoners released were 23 Azov fighters. This swap follows a previous exchange of 49 prisoners each. Approximately 950 prisoners remain in captivity. The Russian Ministry of Defense reported the swap, which included servicemen captured in the Kursk region.
