President-elect Donald Trump is expected to name Senator Marco Rubio of Florida as his Secretary of State, according to multiple reports including The New York Times. The announcement could come as soon as Monday. If confirmed, Rubio would be the first Latino to serve as Secretary of State, succeeding Antony Blinken as the nation's top diplomat.
