Israel Agrees to Withdraw Troops from Gaza in Deal with Hamas

US Secretary of State Antony Blinken announced that Israel has agreed to withdraw its troops from parts of the Gaza Strip as part of ongoing ceasefire negotiations with Hamas. Blinken emphasized that the United States does not accept any long-term occupation of Gaza by Israel.
