He assured that until the elections are held, another member of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) will assume the role of Chief Minister. Kejriwal mentioned that he and Manish Sisodia would only take their positions if considered honest by the public. The BJP has dismissed Kejriwal's resignation as a 'PR stunt,' while the Congress has labeled it a gimmick. The elections are expected to be held in November. Kejriwal's decision is seen as a well-thought-out strategy.
