Arvind Kejriwal Released from Jail, AAP Intact Despite BJP's Efforts and Misuse of ED, CBI
Sep 15, 2024, 06:55 AM
Delhi Chief Minister and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Arvind Kejriwal has been released from jail, following allegations and actions by the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) aimed at breaking the AAP. Kejriwal and other party members were imprisoned under charges that they claim were false and politically motivated, involving the misuse of ED and CBI. According to Kejriwal and AAP leaders, the BJP's objective was to dismantle the AAP and establish a BJP government in Delhi. Despite these efforts, the AAP has remained intact, and Kejriwal has not resigned. Gopal Rai, a Delhi Minister and AAP leader, emphasized that the party has been fighting against what they describe as a dictatorship for the last two years and that the Constitution has prevailed over these attempts. Every worker, MLA, and official is now awaiting directions from Kejriwal.
