The Omicron variants KP.3 and KP.3.1.1 are the primary drivers of this surge, accounting for approximately half of all cases. Specifically, the KP.3.1.1 variant is responsible for 36.8% of positive infections, while the KP.3 variant accounts for 16.8%.
