Amari Cooper Surpasses 10,000 Yards with Spectacular TD as Bills Lead Jets 19-0
Dec 29, 2024, 08:06 PM
Buffalo Bills wide receiver Amari Cooper made a remarkable 30-yard touchdown catch while falling on his back, off a pass from quarterback Josh Allen during the game against the New York Jets, putting the Bills ahead 19-0 with 5:13 left in the third quarter. The catch, described as one of the best of Cooper's career, came against Jets cornerback Brandin Echols, who was replacing Sauce Gardner. Despite good defense by Echols, the perfectly placed pass from Allen allowed Cooper to secure the catch. With this performance, Cooper surpassed 10,000 career receiving yards, becoming the 57th player in NFL history to reach this milestone. The Bills are dominating the game and are closing in on securing the second seed in the playoffs.
