New Sequencing-Free STAMP Technology Revolutionizes Cost-Efficient Single-Cell Analysis

A groundbreaking technology called STAMP (Single-Cell Transcriptomics Analysis and Multimodal Profiling through Imaging) has been developed by Luciano Martelotto and his team. This new sequencing-free method allows for the analysis of millions of cells without the need for sequencing, significantly reducing costs by two orders of magnitude compared to traditional sequencing-based methods. STAMP enables ultra-low to ultra-high multiplexing for RNA and protein profiling, making it a scalable and cost-efficient approach for single-cell multi-omics studies.
