Meta Unveils Movie Gen: 30B-Parameter AI Model for High-Def Video with Synchronized Audio

Meta has introduced 'Movie Gen', a new AI model that generates realistic videos with synchronized audio. Developed by Meta's AI research teams, Movie Gen delivers state-of-the-art results across a range of capabilities, including text-to-video generation, video personalization, precise video editing, and video-to-audio conversion. The model features 30 billion parameters for video and 13 billion parameters for audio, allowing users to produce unique, high-definition videos from simple text inputs. It supports personalized video creation using user images and can generate 16-second videos at 1080p resolution and 16 frames per second. Movie Gen is the first in the industry to create long and high-resolution videos with synchronized audio, setting a new standard for immersive AI content creation.
