Bethesda Game Studios Workers Form First Wall-to-Wall Union at Microsoft with 241 Members

Bethesda Game Studios workers have unionized, forming the first wall-to-wall union within a Microsoft game studio. The union, named One BGS, includes 241 employees comprising artists, engineers, programmers, and designers. This move marks a significant step in the video game industry, as it aims to improve working conditions and raise standards across the sector. The unionization effort is recognized by Microsoft and is organized under the Communication Workers of America (CWA). One BGS is the third union to form within ZeniMax, following ZeniMax Workers and One BGS Montreal.
