Donald Trump is set to be inaugurated today as the 47th President of the United States, marking the beginning of his second term in office. The oath of office will be administered by Chief Justice John Roberts at 12 p.m. EST (1700 GMT) inside the U.S. Capitol, making it the first indoor inauguration in 40 years due to frigid weather conditions in Washington D.C.
