Former First Lady Michelle Obama will not attend the upcoming inauguration." This marks the second time in two weeks that she will miss a gathering of former U.S. leaders and their spouses, following her absence from former President Jimmy Carter's funeral last week, where she would have been assigned to sit next to Trump.
