Yemen's Houthis Declare Tel Aviv 'Unsafe Zone' After Drone Attack, Vow Retaliation for Israeli Aggression
Jul 20, 2024, 06:30 PM
Yemen's Houthi rebels have declared Tel Aviv an 'unsafe zone' following a drone attack on the city. The Yemeni Armed Forces, led by spokesman Brigadier General Yahya Saree, have taken responsibility for the attack and have stated that Tel Aviv will be a primary target within their weapon's range. This declaration comes in response to what the Houthis describe as 'blatant Israeli aggression' on Hodeidah, where several civilian sites, including a power plant, port, and fuel tanks, were targeted. The Houthis have vowed to retaliate against Israel's actions and have urged civilians to leave Tel Aviv for their safety. The Houthis also indicated that internal enemy installations and vital targets within the Yafa area will be targeted.
