Delhi High Court Refuses to Quash Defamation Case Against Kejriwal
Sep 2, 2024, 10:31 AM
The Delhi High Court has refused to quash the defamation case proceedings against Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal. The case was initiated by BJP Delhi leader Rajeev Babbar in 2019, who accuses Kejriwal and other AAP members of making defamatory remarks related to alleged deletion of names from electoral rolls. Kejriwal's plea challenging the ongoing defamation case was dismissed by the court.
