Jul 24, 2024, 03:21 PM
Walt Disney Co. and four unions representing over 14,000 Disneyland employees reached a tentative labor agreement on Wednesday, averting a potential strike at the Anaheim theme park. The agreement, which includes wage increases and other benefits, was confirmed by the Disneyland Resort and the union coalition. Union members will vote on the new three-year contract on Monday, July 29. This deal prevents what could have been the first major work stoppage at Disneyland in 40 years.
