IED Explosion at Santa Maria Courthouse Injures Two, Suspect Detained

An explosion occurred at the Santa Maria Courthouse in California on Wednesday morning shortly after 8:45 a.m. The incident, caused by an intentionally set improvised explosive device, resulted in two non-life-threatening injuries. Authorities have detained a suspect in connection with the explosion. The Santa Barbara County Sheriff's Office has urged the public to avoid the area as they continue to investigate and check for additional explosives.
