CBI Conducts Polygraph Tests on Sandip Ghosh, Seeks Test for Anup Dutta in Kolkata Doctor's Murder Case
Aug 27, 2024, 12:45 PM
The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), with the involvement of the CFSL team, is conducting polygraph tests as part of its investigation into the rape and murder of a woman doctor in Kolkata, often referred to as the 'Kolkata Horror'. Former principal of RG Kar Medical College and Hospital, Sandip Ghosh, has undergone a second round of polygraph tests, including voice layering tests. The CBI has also sought court permission to conduct a polygraph test on Assistant Sub-Inspector (ASI) Anup Dutta of the Kolkata Police, who is allegedly connected to the case. This move comes amid allegations from the victim's parents that the crime scene was tampered with.
