Investigators have reviewed video footage showing three men and a woman placing explosives connected to the deadly car attack in New Orleans's French Quarter, specifically on Bourbon Street. The FBI stated that it does not believe the driver acted alone in what they are calling a terrorist attack. Pipe bombs were found in the truck used in the attack and were wired for remote detonation.
