Russia Trades MiG-29, Su-27 Jets to North Korea for Troops in Ukraine

The United States has disclosed that Russia has agreed to trade MiG-29 and Su-27 fighter jets to North Korea in exchange for North Korean troops to assist in Moscow's ongoing invasion of Ukraine.
