According to Adm. Samuel Paparo, commander of U.S. Indo-Pacific Command, this deal signifies a deepening military cooperation between Russia and North Korea. North Korean troops are currently stationed in the Kursk region of Russia, ready to engage in hostilities against Ukraine at any time, as stated by Sabrina Singh, a spokesperson for the U.S. Department of Defense.
