AAP Accuses BJP of Abducting Councillor Ram Chander, Alleges ED and CBI Threats
Sep 1, 2024, 01:47 PM
AAP councillor Ram Chander has accused the BJP of abducting him, claiming he was forcibly taken to the BJP office and threatened with actions by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) and Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI). AAP senior leader Manish Sisodia stated, 'BJP threatened Ramchandra Ji with ED and CBI, and when he refused to be intimidated, BJP goons abducted him.' However, the BJP has denied the accusations, with Delhi BJP President Virender Sachdeva questioning the validity of the claims, saying, 'He has said that some people came but he does not know the names.' Ram Chander has since returned home, but the incident has sparked a political controversy in Delhi.
