Fighting in Russia's Kursk region has entered a second day following an incursion by Ukrainian troops, according to officials in Moscow. The incursion reportedly involves hundreds of Ukrainian troops, with Ukrainian forces advancing further north into the Kursk region. Former political advisor Sergey Markov claims that two Ukrainian battalions are currently in Russia, with five additional brigades staging on the Ukrainian side.
