Justin Timberlake Pleads Not Guilty to DWI in Sag Harbor, License Suspended
Aug 2, 2024, 03:47 PM
Justin Timberlake appeared virtually in a Long Island courtroom on August 2, 2024, where he pleaded not guilty to a revised misdemeanor charge of driving while intoxicated (DWI). The charges stem from an incident on June 18, 2024, when Timberlake was pulled over in Sag Harbor, New York, and allegedly refused a breathalyzer test. During the hearing, Judge Carl Irace announced the suspension of Timberlake's driver's license and criticized Timberlake's attorney, Edward D. Burke Jr., for making 'irresponsible' comments. Timberlake's lawyer denied that the singer was intoxicated at the time of the arrest.
