Justin Timberlake Pleads Not Guilty in Sag Harbor DWI Case, License Suspended
Aug 2, 2024, 03:00 PM
Justin Timberlake has pleaded not guilty for a second time to charges stemming from his June arrest for driving while intoxicated in Sag Harbor, a waterfront village about 100 miles from New York City. The pop star's driver's license was suspended following a virtual court appearance on Long Island. Timberlake's lawyers claim that the police made a significant error by allowing his drinking buddy, who had also been drinking, to drive Timberlake's car home after the arrest. The incident occurred in the early hours of June 18. Timberlake's attorney denies that the singer was drunk when he was pulled over.
