A Finnish court has ordered the seizure of Russian assets worth tens of millions of dollars at the request of Naftogaz of Ukraine. This includes real estate and other holdings within Finland. The assets were seized as part of Ukraine's lawsuit regarding losses from the illegal annexation of Crimea by Russia. This marks the first known successful seizure to enforce an arbitral award related to property claims in Crimea since 2014.
