Boeing's Starliner Lands Safely in New Mexico Without ISS Astronauts

Boeing's Starliner spacecraft safely landed in New Mexico over the weekend without its two astronauts, who remain aboard the International Space Station (ISS). NASA explained that a crewed flight was not ideal at this time. Astronauts Butch Wilmore and Suni Williams, who were supposed to be on the Starliner, spoke publicly for the first time in two months during a press conference on September 13 at 2:15 p.m. EDT, expressing their relief that the spacecraft returned safely. They emphasized their preparedness for unexpected situations and stated they do not feel let down by Boeing. The astronauts are continuing their mission on the ISS and are looking forward to the arrival of their colleagues, Nick and Alex.
