The European Union's findings suggest that Apple's 'link-out' process is overly restrictive, limiting developers' ability to communicate and compete effectively. In response to the EU's ruling, alternative app store AltStore PAL has started offering third-party iOS apps to iPhone users in the EU as of July 24. This development allows the availability of iPhone torrenting apps, which are not found on Apple's official iOS App Store. The first batch of these third-party apps, including those by Riley Testut, is now accessible on AltStore PAL.
