Ukraine Denies Russian Claims of Capturing Yasnobrodivka Village in Donetsk on July 9
Jul 10, 2024, 01:18 PM
On July 9, Russia claimed the capture of the village of Yasnobrodivka in the eastern Donetsk region of Ukraine. However, Ukrainian officials have refuted this claim, asserting that they control the situation near Yasnobrodivka. Nazar Voloshyn, spokesperson of the Khortytsia group, confirmed on July 11 that Ukraine maintains control over the village. The Ukrainian military and other sources have also denied the Russian claims, labeling them as propaganda from the Russian Ministry of Defense.
