Pam Bondi, Trump's AG Nominee, Dodges Question on 2020 Election Loss, Raising Concerns

However, she avoided directly confirming Trump's loss in 2020, instead mentioning Trump's 2024 election win and her observations of potential election irregularities in Pennsylvania during her time as an advocate for Trump's campaign. Bondi's responses raised concerns among Democratic senators about her independence from Trump and her commitment to the Constitution. Additionally, when asked by Sen. Alex Padilla if she would retract her previous statements that Trump won Pennsylvania in 2020, Bondi refused to do so.
