The victory, witnessed by a sellout crowd at Reed Arena, is Texas A&M's largest win over Texas since 1993 and their eighth consecutive win this season. Texas A&M improved to 12-2 overall and 1-0 in SEC play, while Texas, now 11-3, fell to 0-1 in the conference. Tramon Mark led the Longhorns with 14 points.
