At 6:30 a.m. on Tuesday, a drone attack struck the Russian Special Forces University in Gudermes, Chechnya, igniting a fire on the roof of an empty building, according to Ramzan Kadyrov, leader of the Chechen Republic. The university, named after Russian President Vladimir Putin, trains special forces and produces FPV drones. No casualties or injuries were reported.
