Rapper NBA YoungBoy, whose real name is Kentrell Gaulden, has been sentenced to 27 months in federal prison and 60 months of probation for his involvement in a large-scale prescription drug fraud ring. The sentencing took place in a Logan City courtroom on November 18, where YoungBoy pleaded guilty to 10 charges related to the fraud operation run out of his multi-million dollar home in Huntsville. In addition to the prison time and probation, he faces a $25,000 fine and will be prohibited from consuming alcohol, drugs, or possessing firearms during his probation period. The judge delivered a positive message, encouraging YoungBoy to overcome his addictions and reach his full potential after his release.
